An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Qualified Unit Manager to join the team at: Abingdon Court, Abingdon, Oxfordshire 

40 hours pw, across 7 days

Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful candidate will support the Management team in leading and managing a dedicated team of staff on a Unit within the home, contributing towards the continuous high quality of care given to our residents. Applicants must have strong leadership and management skills and be a team player.  Management experience in a care setting is essential.

Main responsibilities - Our ideal Unit Manager will have the following skills and values: Previous experience of deputising/leading a team within a Care Home or similar environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. An RGN/RMN qualification. A valid NMC pin number. Satisfactory Disclosure completion upon successful application.
