Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1600 (flexible)

We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator who preferably has worked in a care home before but it is not essential.

You must be organised, punctual, thorough, reliable and friendly.   

Most important tasks are ensuring fees are paid and chased, wages processing, supplier payments.

Computer literacy is a must.

Writing and sending emails, data entry, using Excel to generate invoices are some of the computer tasks which you must be able to do.  

Answering telephone, taking minutes and filing are other important duties.

You will work very closely with the Home Manager in your own office.   

An induction will be provided by the outgoing administrator should you be appointed in good time.
