Assistant?

We’re looking for a dedicated and caring Housekeeping Assistant
to join our friendly team. In this role, you’ll help ensure our home
stays safe, fresh, and comfortable for all our residents — making
their day that little bit brighter.
Delivering high standards of cleanliness to create a warm and
welcoming environment for everyone in our home.
Making sure our
laundry service runs smoothly — ensuring clothes and linen are washed,
cared for, and returned promptly to the right person.
Working
closely with the care team and chatting with residents in a warm,
respectful, and person-centred way.
Following infection control
procedures to keep everyone safe and well.
Helping to organise
team rotas so we’re always prepared.
Making sure we’ve got all
the equipment and supplies we need to keep things running
smoothly.
Always looking out for our residents’ wellbeing and
promoting their dignity and rights.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive
approach.
Dependable and punctual, with a strong work
ethic.
Experience supporting individuals with additional
needs.
A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred
care.
A genuine interest in working within the care
industry.
Excellent attention to detail.
