Positions Available: Day & Night Shifts
Full-Time / Part-Time
As a Care Assistant, you’ll support our Service Users in living life to the fullest. You’ll assist with daily tasks, including personal care, and most importantly, you’ll build friendships, share laughs, and help create joyful moments.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Supporting Service
Users with personal care and daily routines
Providing emotional
support and companionship
Assisting with mobility and
encouraging independence
Participating in meaningful,
person-centred activities
Ensuring ’ health and wellbeing
Light housekeeping duties (e.g. laundry, tidying)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in care is desirable but not
essential — full training and ongoing support will be provided. What
matters most is that you bring:
A kind, caring nature and a
passion for helping others
A positive attitude and strong sense
of initiative
Willingness to work independently and as part of a
team
Good communication skills and a friendly personality
Additional Information:
An Enhanced DBS check is required for
this role
A valid driving licence and access to transport is
helpful,
Basic IT skills for record keeping and care planning
are beneficial
