We’re looking for a Night Shift Carer to join our compassionate team, someone kind, reliable, and committed to helping others live their best lives.

About the Role

As a Night Carer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents overnight, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Working under the direction of a Senior Carer, you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with best practice, legislation, and our home’s values.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Delivering care in line with current legislation, best practice, and internal policies
  • Supporting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and social engagement
  • Assisting with rehabilitation or therapy programmes under professional guidance
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining accurate care plans, daily notes, and records
  • Promoting residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence at all times
  • Contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the home overnight
  • Safeguarding the welfare and safety of all residents
  • Completing all required training, including the Care Certificate (if new to care)
