We're looking for a Day Care Assistant who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others live fulfilling lives.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant (Days), you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with both physical and emotional needs. Working under the guidance of the Senior Carer, you’ll help to deliver high-quality care that reflects our core values of dignity, respect, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place residents at the heart of all care delivery, promoting dignity, choice, and independence

  • Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and meaningful social engagement

  • Encourage individuals to maintain their skills, hobbies, and community connections

  • Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to meet each resident’s goals

  • Keep accurate daily notes, care plans, and essential documentation

  • Promptly report any changes in residents’ needs to the Senior Carer

  • Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and safety at all times

  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and ongoing training to support personal development

  • Willing to complete required training (including the Care Certificate if new to care)

Experience in care is desirable but not essential — full training is provided.
