We're looking for a Day Care Assistant who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others live fulfilling lives.
Your Role
As a Care Assistant (Days), you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with both physical and emotional needs. Working under the guidance of the Senior Carer, you’ll help to deliver high-quality care that reflects our core values of dignity, respect, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities

Place residents at the heart of all care delivery, promoting dignity, choice, and independence

Support residents with personal care, daily living tasks, and meaningful social engagement

Encourage individuals to maintain their skills, hobbies, and community connections

Work closely with colleagues, families, and professionals to meet each resident’s goals

Keep accurate daily notes, care plans, and essential documentation

Promptly report any changes in residents’ needs to the Senior Carer
-
Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and safety at all times

Participate in meetings, reviews, and ongoing training to support personal development
