- Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service Knowledge
*Programmes are subject to availability and funding may change at any time.
The latest addition to our funded offer is the NCFE Level 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care. This nationally recognised qualification comprises five short units, which are designed to provide health and social care sector staff with an understanding of the principles of end of life and palliative care.
Staff often feel uncomfortable discussing, or even contemplating, end of life care issues. However, this is of critical importance if the quality of care that people receive at the end of life is to improve. With this in mind, this course aims to equip staff with the skills and knowledge required to provide appropriate and person-centred support to people with a life-limiting condition, and their families.

Please note: members of staff can only enrol on one course at a time. In order to be eligible to undertake a course, staff must be aged over 19 and have lived in the EU for the last three years.
Places are limited* and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Learners must be enrolled by 31 March 2012.
*As places are limited, a charge may be levied if a member of staff drops out of the course.
