An impromptu chippy tea at Henderson House

At a residents' Meeting at Henderson House Care Home in Dalgety Bay this week, residents expressed how they used to love a chippy tea.

So the home decided there was no time like the present, and contacted their local chip shop, the Dalgety Fish Bar, and Antonio agreed to help.

He fulfilled the order and took the time to half all the portions and cook them separately so each resident had their own wee supper.

The whole thing was done at short notice yet the chip shop still took the time and effort to make the moment as special as possible. Everyone absolutely loved the food and the residents were thrilled that their request had been taken on board so promptly!

Thank you so much to Tony and everyone at the Dalgety Bay Fish Bar for their help and making it such an enjoyable meal for everyone.
