Winifred Dell receive a giant tablet

Winifred Dell Care Home in Essex recently received a wonderful gift of a 40-inch activity tablet and table.

All of our homes were gifted activity tablets by Ozzie earlier in the year as a reward for the amazing effort with their Christmas light displays, and they have been loving them very much. So, everybody at Winifred Dell was thrilled when they received a second one, this time donated by the NHS Rainbow Fund.

On receiving the tablet, they were informed that the NHS Rainbow Fund had done a draw, and some homes were selected to receive one of the fabulous tablets. Winifred Dell was lucky enough to be one of the homes selected!

They had been making great use of their current tablet, using it for activities, entertainment, Zoom family meetings and Facetimes. Having a second tablet now increases the potential for the people living at the home, as they can offer more entertainment and chances to talk to their families.

Winifred Dell would like to thank the NHS and their rainbow fund for this very kind donation. It will be well used and is loved by all already. They also want the NHS to know that they appreciate all the work that they have done this past year.
