With more than 20 years’ experience shaping dementia care across the sector, Emma brings a wealth of expertise in developing innovative, evidence-based approaches that place people at the very centre of care. She is working in close partnership with RCH Care Homes to ensure that every service reflects best practice, compassion, and inclusion.

At the heart of Emma’s work is a belief that high-quality dementia care begins with listening—to residents, their families, and the teams who care for them. This philosophy underpins her work at RCH Care Homes, where she is supporting the introduction of strategies and frameworks designed to enhance everyday life and create meaningful outcomes for those living with dementia.
