Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has been instructed to sell the former Goldcrest Residential Care Home in Weymouth, Dorset.

Goldcrest, which was previously a care home for the elderly, ceased trading in spring 2024 and is now being offered to the market with vacant possession.
