Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Linden House Care Home in Epsom, Surrey.
Linden House is a ‘Good’ rated, profitable, managed care home registered for up to 32 residents. It occupies a large, detached property with a purpose-built extension, and is located just one mile from Epsom town centre and near Epsom Downs and Racecourse.
Following a confidential sales process with John Harrison at Christie & Co, it has been sold to Sacheev Patel and Shan Holiday, who already own care homes in London.
Sacheev Patel, the new owner of Linden House, comments, “We are pleased to have completed the purchase of Linden House, which is strategically well placed with our other homes for us to be able to continue with our focus to offer truly person-centred care, ensuring every resident feels valued, supported and at home. It was not an easy purchase, but we are pleased to confirm full continuity of service and would like to thank John Harrison and our advisers, Sohail Chaudhry from KPSR LLP, Dominic Hollingsworth from Elevate Legal and Roger Fenwick from Hawkstone Commercial Finance for all their assistance in helping to overcome the various issues that arose and get our purchase completed.”
John Harrison, Director – Care at Christie & Co, comments, “I am delighted to have completed the sale of Linden House, having also sold Leighton House in Epsom recently. The catchment area of the home is a great fit for Sacheev and Shan as they already have care homes in London, and it is great to see them expanding, using the experience they have in the care sector. This sale demonstrates the strong demand we are continuing to see for care homes in the South East.”
Linden House Care Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
