We are thrilled to announce that our Employee of the Month for April is our Head of Maintenance Rob Hobson.

Whilst most of the work happens behind the scenes, Rob ensures our home is a safe, warm and beautiful place for our residents to live. Whether it's a quick repair, prepping a room for a new arrival, or just stopping to have a chat with a resident while working, their dedication is unmatched.

A big hank you to Rob for keeping everything running smoothly and always doing it with a smile. We are lucky to have him on the team!
