I have resided at The Hailey since January 10 2005 and I can honestly say that under the new manager, all has been perfect as a care home should be. All the staff are excellent and more than efficient now. Thank goodness all the sub carers have now left because they didn't have a clue how to do
what they should regarding certain clients. The manager is a delight and is approachable whenever you need her. Well done to the owner for seeing that this new manager is the right person to be in charge and can work and support all of us happy people she understands.
