The team look after my father really well who has been a resident for over 4 years. They always keep us updated on medical issues etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending the care home for your loved ones.

I went to visit my friend at the Leylands after Christmas.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Management were on site and very much approachable, answering any questions or queries we had. The environment had a very warm and homely feel. It made me feel at ease knowing my friend was in
good hands. Thank you for the great work you are doing.

My mom had been a resident here for 7 years. She had dementia and could sometimes be challenging. The owner, staff and manager go above and beyond to care for their residents in what sometimes can be difficult circumstances. They are professional and caring. True angels ... they became my mom's
family and at the end of mom's life she felt loved. she passed away peaceful in her lovely room feeling safe . All of the residents are loved and cared for beautifully. I can recommend this care home for your loved ones.Thank you everyone at Leylands, carers, cleaners, cooks, manager and owner. You treated my mom with so much love.

My father moved to The Leylands in October 2019. It was immediately apparent how content he was there. The staff have, without exception, been wonderful, caring and compassionate. They looked after him and kept him safe during the whole of the pandemic and managed to deal with the lockdown element
and enforced isolation with great competence and sensitivity being aware of local restrictions and national ones. I cannot praise them highly enough for the standard of care provided over a period of almost four years. This applies to all staff including kitchen, maintenance and cleaning staff. The staff and management at all times worked together for the benefit of the residents.

My dad was in The Leylands from August until December before being discharged home. The care he received was absolutely wonderful. All the staff are so kind, kept me informed and visiting was no problem. He really praises the food. Nothing was ever too much trouble, it felt like he was part of The
Leylands family.

My father went into The Leylands in early October 2022 and stayed there for nearly six weeks. I cannot thank the manager and the wonderful staff enough. They were so caring with Dad and even accommodated our wishes for Dad to get Punjabi vegetarian food. They were all brilliant at communicating and
keeping us up-to-date too. Thank God for people like you, and for the job you do.

I cannot heap enough praise on the whole team at Leylands for the way they are caring for my 94-year-old mom. She was moved there from Fairoak at Cannock. She has dementia plus other serious health issues. In hospital, she was bed bound, unresponsive and refusing to eat or drink. Now, after just 2
weeks, she is joining in with activities, eating food she has never tried before and yesterday, she actually walked into the visiting room, with the help of the carers, with a smile on her face - something I didn't think I would see her do again! They have given her a level of dignity and independence. Whatever the future holds, I will be eternally grateful to them all for the care and compassion they have shown her and for giving me a bit of my mom back.
