At Sanctuary Care and East Park Court, we take your feedback very seriously and we are working together to come to a resolution to ensure the needs of all residents are met in the future. <br><br>Our team would offer to take your loved one out for his cigarettes however he would normally refuse and wait for a family member to take him. Our team also urged him to ask us if he needed to go out after cigarette smoke was smelt in his room which unfortunately is not permitted in our care homes.<br><br>Our team are still here for you if you do wish to speak to us – my door is always open
