We were sorry to see that you do not feel completely positive about living at Trees. As this is an extra-care supported living scheme rather than a residential care home, we do not provide food and drink to tenants. Domiciliary care and support is provided via our subsidiary company Hill Homes Care Ltd., which you can find on the sister site homecare.co.uk. We strive to provide a varied schedule of activities and always encourage tenants to make suggestions about what they would like on the programme. We also conduct an annual tenant satisfaction survey covering issues such as facilities, safety and cleanliness but, if there are any specific issues you would like to discuss at any time, please come down to the office and speak to Trish (Housing Support Officer) who will be happy to assist.
