We are really sorry you feel this way about your fathers stay in The Lodge, it would help if you could supply the dates we can the investigate this further.<br>Unfortunately, during the pandemic, all care homes were restricted by Government and local guidelines and had to abide by these. I would ask you to contact the home to speak directly to the manager or deputy about these issues.
