We are sincerely very sorry to hear about your and your friend's experience whilst staying at Choice Care Home, as this is not as we would expect. We apologise wholeheartedly for any distress and upset caused. We would also like to thank you for your feedback and for highlighting your concerns. As you are aware the matters have been referred to the local Safeguarding Adults Team and to CQC. We have and will be investigating your concerns and the medication error, work with CQC and the Adults Safeguarding Team to ensure that actions are taken to deal with these concerns.
