We have many lines of communication from the relative's gateway, weekly/quarterly newsletters, e-mail/telephone, and daily staff huddles. In relation to the performance, this was communicated to all staff and relatives via our weekly update, and the band performed as expected in Murray West which was greatly received by all who attended. We took a risk-assessed approach to their visit to minimise any risks involved and prioritised resident wellbeing. Throughout the warmer months, we overhauled our garden area with raised flowerbeds, and new walkways, and erected a large gazebo with enough chairs and tables inside for up to 36 people. In addition to this, we ensured that there were benches, tables, chairs, and parasols around the outside of the home in our garden areas for all to use. Your support is greatly appreciated.
