Dear Stuart, We are so sorry that you have had a negative experience with our home. Our aim is always to provide the best quality of care to our residents and also to support their families. Unfortunately, there are times that a person's needs change and no longer be safely cared for in a care setting even with all efforts. Our priority is the safety of your mum and her comfort. We can understand that it's hard for the family to move your relatives into new settings. It was a pleasure to look after your mum and as you know that she needs a good quality of life which you will understand when her situation changes. I am happy to discuss with you for any clarification. We are working hard to provide an outstanding quality of care. We are again deeply sorry that you had this experience with our care home and did not meet your expectations.
