We are very disappointed with this feedback and wholly dispute the accuracy of the statement. The reviewer was fully aware that her relative's needs had changed and therefore she was advised that Kincairney House could no longer meet the individual's needs.<br>The reviewer's relative had become abusive to staff and other residents. Sadly, and reluctantly, we had no other option but to serve notice to the family that other more suitable accommodation would better meet their relative's needs.<br>This was a very unfortunate and unique situation and we understand the individual is now resident at another location where we hope she will be more settled.
