The staff in St Georges are indeed very welcoming and friendly; they really make it feel like a home away from home. Our household model is entirely designed to make our visitors feel welcome to have tea, coffee and snacks whenever desired. As you would do at home! The same with the sun cream - there's no point in it being tucked away in the bathroom cupboard, is there?  Thanks for your kind comments; the team will love them. My very best wishes.
