In respect of your comment regarding a member of the night team who does not present with the same dedication and excellent standards as the other members of the team. I would appreciate it if you would meet with the Acting Home Manager or Deputy Home Manager to discuss this further so that we can take action to improve the performance. We at Sutherland Court pride ourselves on the standards of the excellent care we deliver and will use your feedback to further develop our service. The Home Manager will arrange to meet with the night team to discuss your feedback and implement actions to ensure the residents experience the same standards of excellent care over the 24-hour period.
