We are deeply sorry that you had to leave our service and that you feel this way and also that you have had a negative experience.  In all time that you have been with us you have not raised a formal complaint of this nature.<br>We, your care manager and external professional have all tried (over few months) to help you with your complex needs. Unfortunately, due to your non-compliance and taking fire safety of all other residents into account, we could not safely care for you in our setting, despite all efforts.<br>There any many things that we cannot discuss in this review; however, please call the registered manager if you wish this discuss this review.<br>Again, we can only apologise for your experience and the nature in which you had to leave our service.<br>We hope that you get all the help and support that you need.
