We are deeply sorry that you had to leave our service and that you feel this way and also that you have had a negative experience. In all time that you have been with us you have not raised a formal complaint of this nature.
We, your care manager and external professional have all tried (over few months) to help you with your complex needs. Unfortunately, due to your non-compliance and taking fire safety of all other residents into account, we could not safely care for you in our setting, despite all efforts.
There any many things that we cannot discuss in this review; however, please call the registered manager if you wish this discuss this review.
