Thank you for your feedback, we have spoken to your mother and she has no complaints. Regarding her dietary preferences, she says she has always disliked food everywhere. We have noted the few things she likes at present and informed our kitchen. We regularly review our menus, using resident surveys/feedback to adapt them.<br>Activities are provided 5 days a week in the lounge, we are actively recruiting for our activities coordinator role, which will again encompass the whole home. In the interim, a carer is providing a few hours a week in rooms.
