We have recently found that some of the workload was being delegated to certain members of our team and that the care work was not being shared equally: putting pressure on some. We have since started to rectify this issue and hope that your mum has noticed an improved experience. We are glad you see the home is well staffed and we work hard to ensure that we continue to maintain a very low turnover of care staff, which has been repeatedly reported across the industry sector as an issue over the past couple of years.
