In response to the concern regarding the unavailability of a hot meal on your arrival, please accept my apologies for this, however, hot food can only be safely maintained for a short period of time, and we are unable to 'reheat' food. Regarding colleagues not responding to your call bell, I have reviewed the call alarm activation logs and discussed your concern with the team.
