We take all feedback very seriously and I am deeply sorry you feel this way and have had a negative experience.
Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and it is something we take very seriously. We investigated your concerns immediately, as did CQC and the Safeguarding Team. Both of their outcomes were 'unsubstantiated', which was also our internal process outcome.
