I am sorry you have chosen to write this untrue review, I will now address it with the limited words the website allows. Your brother was changed and cleaned as required always, otherwise, why would you let him stay in the home for 5 years? He was never called filthy or disgusting, we deal with incontinence on a daily basis. His fluids were restricted at his doctor's request as excess fluids were reducing his lithium levels. He was near a bathroom, but would, unfortunately, choose to urinate in the sink. This is not encouraged. He was given notice as agreed with Social Services in his best interest, as once he had gone to hospital it was felt the home would not be the right placement for him going forward. We have had 2 CQC inspections in the last 5 years. These have both attained, a "Good" rating with "Good" achieved in all areas. These inspections include feedback gained by the inspector from residents on the day. We welcome any visitors.
