I am very sorry that after your long journey we were unable to support you to take your mother out for the day. We appreciate this would have been very difficult and upsetting for you and your family. I would like to reassure you that our staff endeavour to support families with visits from loved ones however, unfortunately, on this occasion we had to follow the guidance from public health due to an outbreak in the home.
