Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. I am really pleased that your dear wife has settled into the home well. You mention that she is normally well groomed and presented. I am sorry that on this one occasion we had not met the previous standard you both rightly expect. The wetness was maybe due to the drink which is offered mid-morning. However, we will look into this. You have said the team are excellent, which is lovely to hear, and would also make it unlikely that your dear wife would have been left in wet clothes for a protracted length of time. We will also look at the practices for visiting and activities post-Covid. As you say, we are now returning to some sense of normality and I would hope that you will be noticing this very soon.
