During the time your father was in our home we fully investigated all the complaints and concerns you raised and, where appropriate, consulted with health professionals in the community, to help alleviate your concerns. We understand how difficult it is when a family makes the decision to put a loved one in a care home. Sadly, it is not always possible to meet everyone's expectations.
