I am sorry to read your review of the service that your friend received.<br>It is vastly at odds with her own description when I contacted and met with her to understand her plans to leave. She was very complimentary about the Physiotherapy service and the physiotherapist.<br>I am very happy to speak again with our service user, and sorry that your own view from a brief visit was not one that would expect you to have gained.
