Based on the incidents that occurred during your loved one’s stay at Dashwood Manor, we had to consider your mother’s and other residents’ safety as a priority. The decision was taken not to extend the respite stay at Dashwood Manor following discussions with other professionals.
We discussed alternatives by offering one-to-one care and support for your loved one until, as a family, you found an alternative home that could meet your mother’s complex care needs.
