We truly do love and care for every resident that lives in our home. We do our very best to provide personalised care for all our residents, working with the community healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the services and support that they are eligible for.
We can only apologise that despite all the time spent with you since 2019, you are still disappointed by the service.
