For now, we conduct regular assessments of our residents' needs and use consideration of how the team are deployed, ensuring that residents' needs are met with safe team levels at all times. We apologise that you have experienced line interference in the home and we understand that this is not ideal. This is something we are aware of and have tried to resolve many times. We have had the lines assessed with no problems flagging up. The Home Manager has previously discussed different options with you to resolve this going forward and has explained the situation.
