Thank you for your feedback about visitors having to wait to access the home. Outside of normal working hours when the reception desk is unmanned, the main doors to the home are key code secured to maintain the safety of both the people living here and our staff team, so there may be occasions where there is a slight delay outside of these hours whilst a member of staff can complete relevant safety checks before allowing somebody into the home.
