Luxurycare is a known company around Dorset for its Core values which put the people under our care and the care we provide as a priority. Unfortunately, we felt that we couldn't meet some of your expectations. We offered many options to ease the transition of your move from the hospital to your new home and the entire team tried to support you in your move but as we explained we were unable to comply with some of your requests that should now be met by your new home. We are happy that you found a place to live where you will feel happier. Regarding your belongings, we are happy to confirm that everything on your inventory document completed by the previous owner was returned to you; we are sorry that you feel that some of them were missing.
