Thank you for sharing your review of Groveland Park.  Our care is very much led by our residents, and we look after them in a way that they themselves want to be looked after, providing care at times that they choose. Our residents are offered to participate in the events in the home and on a one-to-one level with the events team and care staff.  <br>We keep comprehensive records which provide evidence of all points of care including your points mentioned and are happy to hold regular reviews with families as we fully appreciate that some residents may take time settling into a new environment.  <br>We encourage residents and their families to express any concerns as and when they arise, this assists us to provide reassurance as well as resolve concerns as they arise. After all, we will be learning about the resident during the early weeks of any stay.
