As a compassionate care provider, we understand that this comment has been made during a time of grief and upset for the family and we are sorry for their loss.
We remain shocked and saddened by their account as it does not reflect our service expectations, experiences and ethos, as demonstrated in the numerous other positive comments about our service.
Unfortunately, before the family made this comment, they did not report their concerns to us. As a responsible care provider, we have conducted our own investigation and have significant evidence to contradict their account of events which occurred during their father’s approx. 24hr admission to our service. Subsequently, we kindly request that the family contact us so that we can respond to this comment appropriately via our complaints process.
