However, we are very sorry to hear of the concerns that you have raised and would welcome the opportunity to discuss these in more detail. The home manager has confirmed that there are drainage issues with the showers at the moment, but our team are looking into it and is hopeful this will be rectified soon. The menus are created with feedback from residents and reflect likes and dislikes. Residents have a food passport to capture any particular requirements or wishes in relation to food or the serving of meals.
