Please be reassured that residents' privacy is paramount to us and we will be reinforcing this in our team meetings. Our menu is designed by Care UK chefs with considerations for nutritional needs as well as special diets. We have a range of dishes available with at least two choices of main meals on the menu, however if a resident would like an alternative option this is always catered for when requested. Our home manager would be more than happy to discuss your third point privately and welcomes you to contact them to discuss your concerns further.
