We are pleased to hear generally you are satisfied with our home and quality of care.  Regarding your areas of concern over personal care, you are right, it is an extremely difficult situation at times when a person is non-compliant to assistance, we do have methods we use for our residents living with dementia but if you feel this is not working as well as it should we will ask our Dementia care specialist for support in exploring other methods of persuasion without compromising the person's safety and ensuring we do not raise any anxieties.
