We are pleased to hear your godmother enjoyed her respite stay at Chandler Court and wanted to stay with us. We’re all pleased to hear you are happy with the communication you’ve received from the team here. Our kitchen team work closely with residents to understand meal preferences and adapt the menu wherever possible to ensure it suits dietary needs, preferences and offers choice for all residents. We will continue to ensure your godmother’s needs and preferences are catered for. Our team follow instructions as directed by the GP or other prescriber.  However, the nursing teams ensure they liaise with residents, so preferences are considered regarding when they take their medication.
