We thank you for your support in collecting your Grans medication following contact with the out-of-hours doctor. We would like to reassure you we have staff working in the home 24/7 and there is always a senior member of the team available. We would really like to discuss your concerns further as these don't appear to have been raised as part of our complaints process.
