We're sorry to hear that you feel you did not have a good experience at Castle Brook. Having supported a very swift admission for your mother during a period of sudden change for her, it became apparent as we got to know her that her needs were higher than we can provide for as a residential and dementia care home and she needed more specialist/nursing care, which was successfully found for her within 10 days. During her stay, we supported the healthcare team to assess her needs and provided one-to-one care (something we do not provide as standard) to support her. We're pleased to hear that she has now settled well at her new home.
