We are sad to see your dissatisfaction with how you believe your father was treated poorly by our staff and management team. We guarantee that your father was treated fairly during his time with us and understand the concerns you had regarding his nutrition. At the time, your father's health was in decline and our staff tried very hard to feed him and keep him hydrated throughout the day, however, the time came when your father was refusing to eat/drink and by nature, we cannot force feed our residents as this goes against their wishes and can also be detrimental to their health.
