I am so pleased that you had a positive experience at the home and especially that you found the staff to be welcoming, polite and caring. We too think they are a smashing group of carers and they work so hard to make a difference to the residents in the home. This review will be much welcomed by them all.<br>Regarding the bathroom facilities - I am sorry if this caused any inconvenience during your stay, unfortunately, these things do happen at times and usually, our maintenance team are onto it immediately but occasionally there isn't a quick fix, as on this occasion.
