We are sorry that you have felt you have to post this negative review given the high level of professional input your relative received in the 48 hours that they were with us. We responded to the emergency situation, calling in the relevant external specialist Psychiatric professionals and social workers who agreed that the level of care required at this time could only be managed in an acute hospital setting to ensure the safety of everyone involved. Your relative was only in a residential setting based on the information given to the social worker from the person's relatives. We understand how upsetting the situation was, we must act in the best interests of all our residents and keep everyone as safe as possible. Full handovers of information were given to the next of kin during the 48 hours following each incident, and also during the times the person was visited. We have tried to contact the family via email as requested - for your request of documentation, but received no response.
